Where do I register and manage workers in the system?

If you are a registered user, select Login at the top of the page to find the system. If you have an account in the Pegasus Rail Safety Worker system, you will be able to use those details to login and find your workers in the Aurizon Rail Safety Worker Portal.

To register as a new business user, follow the instructions on the How to Register page, and click Register at the top of the page.

What if my workers were already registered in the Pegasus Rail Safety Worker system?

Workers with orange Pegasus Rail Safety Worker cards have had their data migrated from the that system to the Aurizon Rail Safety Worker Portal.

Their subscriptions are recognised in the new system and you will not need to pay a fee for those workers with valid cards. Annual subscription renewal is $34.50 + GST per worker.

You can login to the Aurizon Rail Safety Worker Portal to check the status of your workers at any time.

How much does it cost to register a worker?

Worker registration and access ID cards cost $115 + GST per worker and are valid for 10 years.

Subscriptions in the Aurizon Rail Safety Worker Portal must be renewed every year, and cost $34.50 + GST for the management of roles and competencies and access to a local support team.

What documents do I need to upload to register?

The documents you upload will depend on the work you do for Aurizon. For workers, you will need to upload:

  • Photograph
  • Proof of Identity
  • Trade or Tertiary Qualifications
  • Certificates or Statements of Attainment

How is the data in the Aurizon Rail Safety Worker Portal protected?
